Posh Spice Victoria Beckham recently confessed she's not satisfied with her body and there are a lot of things she would like to change. Victoria defended women who undergo cosmetic surgery, arguing she understands their insecurities like nobody else.

According to OK! magazine she said: "There are loads of things I don't like about my body. I don't like my hair, my belly button, my stomach or my fingernails.

Also I have no definition, probably from having babies. I could go to the gym but I haven't got the time or the energy."

She added: "I don't think there's anything wrong with cosmetic surgery - if it's right for you and you're doing it for the right reasons".

Nevertheless, Victoria, 31, never admitted she has had a breast operation, even though, in 2002, model Jordan claimed Posh Spice had had plastic surgery, saying, "I know she has - I've seen them."
