Victoria Beckham displayed a number of faux fur outfits recreated from designs she had seen at a Roberto Cavalli fashion show earlier this year.
The People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) mistook Victoria's false fur gillet for a real animal pelt. After realizing the confusion, PETA are now praising the former Spice Girls singer for her leading example.
"On fur farms, animals are electrocuted or have their necks snapped for their pelts", Yvonne Taylor from PETA said.
"Victoria is proof that you can get this season's killer looks without having to kill animals", she added.
"Victoria has let PETA know that not only is she supportive of its high-profile anti-fur campaigns, she has pledged never to work with fur in any of her own fashion collections", Taylor concluded.
Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham's slimming secret was recently revealed by the media.
Apparently, her latest secret weapon to keep trim is a fat busting tea loved by the Spanish A- List. Posh Spice buys Pu-erh Imperial tea from the Bormec store in Madrid and drinks it when she wants to drop a few pounds or maintain her current slim build.
According to a spokesman at the store quoted by Now magazine, they advised Victoria "to drink Pu-erh three times a day for three months and watch the weight drop off. After three months, it is possible to maintain the desired weight by drinking one cup per way.'"
The store have also confirmed that the Beckhams have been customers for several months and are also fans of another tea called Tokyo T, which purifies the complexion and helps prove circulation and water retention, according to femalefirst.co.uk
