In some residences rodents can be a very nasty thing; not that in others having your home permanently overcome by mice would be a pleasure. But mice should stick to the fields because they belong there; and since they seem not to understand too well this belonging thing and they'd rather stick with the humans' environment, the two-legged creatures started inventing machineries to bring down the number of mice, at least in the house perimeter: mousetraps.

And as the technological progress has reached the furthest corners of our lives, a high-tech mousetrap was only to be expected.

There are already multiple ways to kill the mice in your residence, from glue traps to spring traps, but each of them comes with its pros and cons. You need to pull the caught mice from the glue, or clean the blood around the snapped dead body or wait for the mouse to die after eating poisoned grains... possibly ending up under your stairs and providing you with the bad smell of a decomposing carcass.

Now, the Multi-Kill from Victor Pest is THE thing: a specialized high-tech trap that will kill any mouse within 5 seconds using a high-voltage electric shock, sparing you of all the mess and fuss. The metallic construction ensures ruggedness while the tunnel design makes the Multi-Kill safe for your kids and other pets; the beveled columns inside it will securely catch the mouse and keep it in place for the shock, with a zero escape rate, thanks to the advanced electronic sensors.

The Victor Multi-Kill is powered by a set of 4 C-size batteries that are just enough to kill up to 150 mice on a charge. And using this trap is as easy as bait; turn on and empty when full. Once a mouse is killed, the system drops it in the collector box below the mechanism so you won't have to even touch the dead animal. After each kill a green LED light stays on to let you know that dead mice await dumping; the LED will blink red as batteries grow weak.

This very hygienic and completely non-toxic and poison-free mouse trap will set you back almost $100, but it looks like it's well worth the money if you have a mouse-problem.
