14 DAY TRIAL // Luxury phone brand Vertu has announced the pre-order availability of a new Limited Edition smartphone, namely the Vertu Ti Ferrari, which has been inspired by the Ferrari F12berlinetta, and which is set to become available for purchase on August 1.
Powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, the smartphone features a 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen display, 64GB of internal memory, 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and a 1.3MP Skype compliant front camera.
Furthermore, the handset sports A-GPS + Compass, Gyro and accelerometer for orientation and game play, and Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system loaded on top.
However, the main selling point of this device is represented by its build materials, which include Dark grey Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating and black PVD titanium, stainless steel Ferrari Cavallino Rampante, Alutex composite, and red and black stitched leather.

“This latest handset embodies the unique DNA of VERTU Ti, but is closer to the unmistakable materials, design and sounds of Ferrari than any other Vertu Ferrari phone.”
The Vertu Ti Ferrari Limited Edition also arrives with a Vertu for Ferrari app, which provides users with a privileged insight into the world of the company, and which is available in Chinese, English and Italian.
Additionally, the smartphone comes with a Ferrari F12berlinetta-inspired Ferrari clock, which was designed to display both the local time and the time at user’s home location.
On top of that, there are four Ferrari engine sound ringtones to enjoy, tuned in collaboration with Bang & Olufsen, complemented by the pitch-perfect growl of the Ferrari F12berlinetta engine. An exclusive app was also included in the package, offering the possibility to view the iconic car from every angle.
