Both are expected to arrive in the not too distant future

Soon, mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless is expected to bring to the market new devices that would connect to its network, and HTC Fireball and LG Spectrum should be on that list.

Both are smartphones and both run under Google’s Android operating system, and it seems that they might share another feature as well, namely global connectivity.

Newly leaked documents from the wireless carrier unveil that these handsets, set to arrive on shelves at Big Red sometime next year, will sport ‘global roaming’ abilities.

This means that they could soon become the first LTE smartphones at Verizon to include global connectivity, though we’ll take this with a grain of salt for the time being.

The phones have yet to be formally confirmed, and their features lists are shrouded in mystery still. However, it might not be too long before things go official, so stay tuned.
