14 DAY TRIAL // HTC and Verizon have been long rumored to plan the release of the flagship HTC One smartphone in the United States, and some more confirmation on the matter appears to have emerged, as the device has received the necessary approvals from Bluetooth SIG.
Details on the certification emerged only one day after an allegedly leaked press photo with the device had made it online, as reported yesterday.
Previous rumors suggested that the device could be launched sometime in the first half of the year, but none panned out until now.
However, as BGR notes, the smartphone could be slated for launch on September 5, as the aforementioned leaked press photo with it hints specifically at this date.
With no official announcement on this made as of now, we’ll take the info with a grain of salt for the time being, but stay tuned for more.
