In the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, countless American citizens on the US East Coast are forced to make do without electricity, seeing how all the major power lines have been pretty much destroyed by the storm.

The good news is that Verizon Wireless has decided to lend a helping hand to these people and set up several charging stations in some of the areas hit by hurricane Sandy.

These stations can be used by people who wish to charge their wireless devices, and money is not an issue.

More precisely, these stations can be used for free, provided, of course, that the person planning on using them has indeed been affected by the storm.

A complete list of locations for these charging stations is made available on the company's official website.

As more charging stations are added, the list will be updated.
