Verizon Wireless puts in place appealing deals for Black Friday

Mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireles has just announced that it would put in place a series of special offerings for its customers during this weekend. The Black Friday and the Black Friday Weekend came with special pricing and promos from the wireless carrier, most of which include the company's Android devices.

For example, during the Black Friday, Big Red's users have the possibility to get the LG Vortex for free, while being able to purchase the Samsung Continuum for $99.

Another Black Friday special offering would be the fact that the BlackBerry Bold (the 9650, it seems) would be available for only $49. All three handsets come with a $100 mail-in rebate included into the mix.

Of course, those interested in benefiting from one of these deals would have to sign a two-year contract agreement with the wireless carrier. Users choosing one of these devices would also be able to get a FREE Jawbone Icon Hero – a $100 value.

Throughout the weekend (until Monday, November 29th), Verizon would have Android devices available for purchase with a Buy one Get Any deal in place.

According to a recent article on droid-life, the Black Friday Specials Weekend Specials (11/25 – 11/29) offer for Android at Verizon would include:

Droid Incredible $149 ($100 MIR) BOGA
Droid2 $149 ($100 MIR) BOGA
Droid2 Global $199 ($100 MIR)
Droid X $199 ($100 MIR)
Droid Pro $179 ($100 MIR)
Motorola Citrus $29 ($100 MIR)
LG Ally $99 ($100 MIR)
LG Vortex $79 ($100 MIR) (11/27-11/29)
Sam Continuum $199 ($100 MIR) (11/27-11/29)
Sam Fascinate $199 ($100 MIR) BOGA

Compared to the special deal put in place at Dell, through which the DROID Incredible was made available for free, these offerings might not seem that appealing in the end, though they come with the option to get another device for free (with the signing of a second contract agreement with the carrier).
