14 DAY TRIAL // Windows Phone fans in the United States are anxiously waiting for Verizon to finally release the long-awaited Lumia 735, which was delayed quite a few times.
This time, word has it that the smartphone might go on sale on June 18, though it will only be available online at Verizon's store and via Direct Fulfillment. Verizon Lumia 735 will be released through all retail channels on July 9.
This is the newest info the folks over at WindowsCentral have on Lumia 735’s upcoming release at Verizon. Another piece of information they got is the fact that the smartphone will be available in six different color options: Black, Cyan, Green, Orange, Red, and White.
And now comes the best part: it appears that Verizon will offer the Lumia 735 for only $192 (€170.4) off contract. In addition, the smartphone will be available for $8 (€7.1) per month for 24 months on Verizon EDGE.
Although Verizon has yet to confirm the Lumia 735 pricing options, the amount mentioned does fit into the correct range for this smartphone.

Speaking of which, Lumia 735 will ship with Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 right out of the box and is fully compatible with Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview builds that Microsoft launches these months.
The smartphone sports a 4.7-inch OLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.
On the inside, the Lumia 735 packs a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit, and 1GB of RAM.
Even though it comes with only 8GB of internal memory, users can further expand storage up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
There's also a 6.7-megapixel camera on the back with Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, while on the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies.
It's worth mentioning that the smartphone is powered by a 2,200 mAh battery and offers LTE support, along with NFC (Near Field Communication) and wireless charging.
