Although Verizon Wireless already confirmed plans to launch two Windows Phone 8 devices by Thanksgiving, and now rumor has it that both might be included in various Black Friday deals.

For the time being, the Big Red announced the upcoming availability of two Windows Phone 8 devices, the Nokia Lumia 822 and HTC 8X.

According to Verizon, Nokia Lumia 822 will be available in white, black and grey color options.

The smartphone will be exclusive to Verizon, and customers will be able to purchase it for 100 USD (80 EUR) after a 50 USD (40 EUR) mail-in rebate.

Windows Phone fans who wish for a much better device might want to pick the HTC 8X, which is expected to go on sale for 200 USD (155 EUR). Potential customers will be able to choose from three color-schemes: red, black and blue.

Obviously, both deals require customers to commit to a new two-year agreement. However, given the fact that Verizon will launch Nokia Lumia 822 and HTC 8X just in time for Black Friday, there’s a high chance some retailers may want to offer both devices at special prices.

In this regard, it won’t come as a surprise if Nokia Lumia 822 will be offered for free on 2-year term and the HTC 8X for around 50 USD (40 EUR) with the same agreement.

Still, these deals have yet to be confirmed and so far only RadioShack’s Black Friday deals leaked online and the retailer does not include any Windows Phone devices.

Instead bargain hunters will be able to grab the Samsung Stratosphere II, HTC One X and Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket for free, on contract.

Of course, these might not be the final deals offered by RadioShack, as changes might occur anytime. For more details on the retailer’s Black Friday deals leaked recently, check out our yesterday's article.
