Major carrier Verizon Wireless has just announced the upcoming availability of ‘viewdini’ mobile video application.

The application is aimed at 4G LTE Android smartphones and tablets, and acts like a video aggregator allowing users to search through thousands of titles from major content providers, including Hulu Plus, mSpot, Netflix, Comcast Xfinity TV and movie studios.

According to the carrier, the video sources listed earlier will be available at launch, but more will be added in the near future, including Verizon FiOS.

Verizon Wireless confirmed that viewdini would be available for Android users later this month, but other operating systems will be supported soon. The application will be available as a free download via Google Play store.

Working with a wide range of providers, we're giving our customers a simple and intuitive way to find shows, movies and other videos from the sources they have relationships with and discover new sources of video as well,” said Dan Mead, president and CEO of Verizon Wireless.
