So far there’s no information about when Verizon might launch the device

Earlier this month, Verizon Wireless has reportedly filed a trademark application for a bunch of devices called Ellipsis and Ellipsis 7.

In the Ellipsis filling, the carrier requests a trademark for a “wireless telecommunications device featuring transmission of voice, data, image and video,” explains PhoneArena. As for Ellipsis 7, it’s a device that “establishes a local, wireless network,” and would have a music player and video camera.

Now a new leaked photo posted by the ever watching @evleaks showcases a tablet apparently called Verizon Ellipsis 7, 2013. Judging by what one can see in the image, the slate seems like an average 7-inch Android device featuring a thicker bezel.

But nothing is official until Verizon says something about it. When asked to further comment upon the Ellipsis and Ellipsis 7, spokeswoman Debra Lewis said she didn't “have any more info on this beyond the trademark application, and of course, couldn't and wouldn't comment on any unannounced device or product.”
