Galaxy S III, the latest flagship Android-based mobile phone from Samsung, has been pushed back a little on Verizon’s network.

Initially expected to arrive on shelves on July 9th, the handset is now listed on the operator’s website with a July 10th shipping date.

All Galaxy S III models in Verizon’s offering will be affected by this move, including the 16GB and 32GB versions, regardless whether Blue or White.

No official info on what caused the delay has been provided, but it’s now certain that Big Red will make the high-end smartphone available for its customers later than other wireless carriers in the country, such as AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile.

Those who would like to acquire the Galaxy S III on Verizon’s network can already go to the company’s website to reserve units for when it arrives in stores.
