14 DAY TRIAL // Vendetta Online, an MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) from Guild Software Inc., is now at version 1.8.285-286, but this latest update is a rather small one.
In Vendetta Online, thousands of people can play together in a persistent universe. This is yet another major update that brings even more balancing changes and even support for Sony gamepads.
According to the developers, a few conquerable station sectors, Bractus M-14, Latos I-8, and Pelatus C-12 are now running experimental code and the virtual mouse that was used through a gamepad controller on a variety of mobile devices now highlights the virtual keyboard button.
“Please note the changes to the current conquerable station sectors. We've been putting a lot of development effort into tracking down and eliminating the periodic ‘no-hit’ issues that crop up during certain types of player events. We think we have greatly improved the situation, but as the changes are quite major, we're unwilling to roll them out universe-wide without smaller ‘regional’ testing in specific sectors,” said the developers.
