A couple of days ago, the news broke that archaeologists in Poland had unearthed several vampire graves.
Some time after announcing their discovery, the researchers were courteous enough to release some pictures of the alleged vampire bodies.

As previously reported, the bodies found at this location do not actually belong to vampires.
On the contrary, they are merely the remains of four people whom others accused of being vampires and decapitated in an attempt to keep them from rising from their graves.
After decapitation, their heads were placed on their legs.
Archaeologists are not sure how and why these people ended up being labeled as vampires. They hope future investigations will shed more light on this mystery, Daily Mail explains.
Odds are they used some weird body lotion that made their skin sparkle, and this sealed their faith. Or at least that's what I think.
