Valve is a very popular company with the gamer community, mainly because of the fact that it has always been there for users, which shows through various actions, like giving away free trials, or offering support for the very active modding community.

Mods, or modifications, have always played an important part in almost all of the games released by Valve, and they even sparked some big titles, like Counter Strike, a modification to Half Life, which became one of the most popular online shooters. The company is currently offering even free hosting for the user created mods, as we previously reported.

But now, just a few days before the release of one of the most expected games this holiday season, Left 4 Dead, Valve has just announced that it will offer a collection of very popular titles that were released by the company. Entitled Valve Complete Pack, this set has over 20 games, with classic titles such as Half Life or Counter Strike but also recently released games like Portal, Team Fortress 2 or Left 4 Dead.

So, you might be wondering just how much Valve is asking for this package. Well, if you take into account the price of each game, a total would be 239 dollars, but the company is selling it for just 99 dollars. That means that a customer will save a hefty sum of 139 bucks.

But, knowing that Left 4 Dead is also included in this pack, this means that you will be paying about 50 dollars for the rest of the games. Through this package Valve is offering a very good deal, which is sure to attract quite a lot of customers who are looking for some great holiday deals. If anyone is interested, the package is available on the online content distribution service of the company, Steam.
