This update is less about the balancing and more about features

Valve has just released another major update for Left 4 Dead 2, integrating a few of the changes made with another Beta patch a couple of days ago.

Left 4 Dead 2 updates so far have been released for balancing purposes, but some of them have been made available for technical reasons. This is just the case with the latest one.

For example, the controller support has been repaired, support has been implemented for Chinese font rendering, a few problems with incorrect mouse grabbing that occurred when joining a game have been corrected, some problems with lerp calculations have been fixed, and the CEF version has been rolled back in order to see if it was the cause of vertex buffer errors.

More details about this release can be found in the official announcement. Also, you can check out our review of Left 4 Dead 2.
