It runs 30 MHz faster than the reference board and has a dual-fan cooler

The AMD Radeon R9 270 graphics card is one of the weaker R9 series boards, but it's still an R9, which means that it has gaming-grade capabilities. VTX still overclocked it though.

The video card in the photo up there is called VTX3D R9 270 X-Edition (it's still not a 270X though) and has 2 GB of GDDR5 communicating with the GPU over an interface of 256 bits.

Speaking of the graphics processing unit, it runs at 930 MHz, instead of the 900 MHz reference. Also, it reached 955 MHz in GPU Boost mode.

To cope with the extra load, Multi Phase Design, Ferrite Core Choke, PowerPAK SO-8 and Solid Capacitors were built into the PCB.

The cooler still has to do most of the work though, with its two 80 mm fans, three U-shape copper heatpipes and aluminum fin stack.

VTX3D didn't provide a price, unfortunately, but it will probably be of around $180 / €180.
