14 DAY TRIAL // Usher was one of the live performers at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards 2014, but he got a little help from none other than Nicki Minaj to make the moment truly memorable. That Nicki, she was a very busy bee at the gala, also performing with Ariana Grande and Jessie J.
The R&B hottie took to the stage to perform “She Came to Give to You,” which, as fans must know, is his second single off the upcoming album “Everything You Can Imagine,” his eighth to date, and a collaboration with Nicki.
Of course, he could have just cut out her part from the performance, but since she was already there, she came up to do her bit – and to bump her generous backside on Usher’s shoulder. This sounds way funnier than it came across in real life, as the video below will confirm.
This wasn’t Nicki’s sole on-stage appearance for the night, as she also kicked off the show with Ariana and Jessie, and a medley of their most recent hits. Nicki, of course, performed “Anaconda” before having a quick costume change to rap on Jessie J’s “Bang Bang.”
Speaking of costume changes, the female MC totally had a wardrobe malfunction on stage, because her people appeared to have been unable to zip her dress all the way up in the front, so she ended up holding onto it for dear life.
She ran no such risk on this cameo with Usher.
