14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Lopez and backup dancer and choreographer Casper Smart dated for about 2 years and broke up this summer, allegedly over flirty texts he exchanged with a couple of transgender models. If that was really the case, Jennifer deserves extra points for still being so nice to him.
The two exes were reunited at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards 2014, airing live from The Forum in Inglewood, California. The video below proves that Casper was seated in the row right in front of Jennifer Lopez, who had brought manager Benny Medina as her date.
Rumor has it that Medina never approved of Casper, whom he considered a goldigger and a leech.
During one of the commercial breaks, Casper turned to Jennifer and they chatted for a while, while he offered her Skittles. She accepted, and you can see her enjoying this sugary treat as much as she enjoys the conversation with her ex.
So either the split was on very friendly terms or there is some truth to the most recent rumors about a possible reconciliation. Word online has it that, in the case of Jennifer and Casper, the heart grew fonder when they spent some time apart, so they decided to give being a couple another try.
Time will tell if that’s the case.
