After months of speculation on the state of their marriage in both esteemed media publications and the tabloids, Beyonce put an end to all those reports with a simple gesture: by including husband Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy into her MTV VMAs 2014 moment.
The awards gala wrapped up just moments ago and saw Beyonce honored with the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award. She was presented with this very special Moonman, which is usually handed only to the most influential artists, at the end of a 16+-minute performance that consisted of a medley of her biggest hits off her most recent album, “Beyonce.”
The performance was nothing but breathtaking, but the best moment came at the end, when she was done singing, as her husband walked up on stage, with Blue Ivy in his arms and the Moonman in one hand.
Beyonce was wiping off her face, and she burst into tears instantly. Blue Ivy can be heard saying something about “Good job, mommy.”
