Just like the rest of the world, Kelly Clarkson didn’t like Miley Cyrus’ performance at the MTV Video Music Awards 2013, which were held on Sunday night in Brooklyn, New York.

She took her dissatisfaction to Twitter but, to her credit, she didn’t name any names.

“Just saw a couple performances from the VMA's last night. 2 words.... #pitchystrippers,” she wrote.

The world instantly assumed that, because she spoke of a “couple” of performances, she was throwing shade at Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga.

While Gaga is playing it cool (on Twitter), Miley’s buds have no intention of doing that. Take Cheyne Thomas, for instance.

Asked by one of his followers whether he thinks Kelly is criticizing Miley because “her past few singles flopped and wasn't asked to perform,” Cheyne lets it rip.

“And she’s fat and 30. the reasons Kelly Clarkson is bitter could really go on for day..,” he writes.

In a more recent tweet, he’s trying to downplay the feud saying he was being his usual sarcastic self.

Kelly might be curvier and older than Miley, but let’s not fool ourselves: the woman has a set of pipes with which she could teach Miley a lesson or two anytime. Methinks that’s why she criticized the performance.
