14 DAY TRIAL // Katy Perry performed her most recent single, “Roar,” for the first time at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards 2013 and, as the photo above can confirm, came up with the perfect accessory for the occasion.
Like Rihanna, Madonna and Miley Cyrus before her, Katy is discovering the appeal of diamond and/or gold grills.
For the awards show, she paired her leopard-printed Emanuel Ungaro dress with a rainbow colored, diamond grill that spelled “Roar,” which, in all honesty, looked quite painful, especially when she tried to show it off on the red carpet.
As noted earlier today, Katy ditched the fabulous fashion (and the grill) for the gig that would close the awards show, which took place under the Brooklyn Bridge and saw her mimicking Rocky.
