It appears that VLC for Android Beta 0.0.6 included some audio glitches and synching issues, which have been addressed in the last update.

In addition, VLC Mobile Team confirms they have worked out a method to reduce RAM usage in the user interface. Several improvements on the fullscreen interface have been added as well, along with UI improvements.

The latest update also brings lots of fixes for crashes and other problems that were reported by users. Translations updates are also included.

VLC Beta 0.0.7 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and later. Check it out here.
