Nintedo Wii were revealed. This VIP card gives Wii owners the possibility of purchasing Wii games at a lower price than usual.
Today, the first VIP cards made it into the stores and were handed out to
those who hurried and placed their Wii pre-orders. The first offer available for Wii VIP cards owners is that they can buy Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam for a lower price. The original price if of US$ 109.95, while VIP card owners will pay almost US$ 20 less. The special offer price of
Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam is US$ 89.95.
This special offer is available for this month only, but there will be one every month.
The monthly Wii special offers will be made known to VIP card owners via e-mail and all they need to do in order for them to get the discount is to show the card. The price for Wii first party software has not been officially announced but EA confirmed that their Wii software will cost around US$ 99.95.
The Nintendo Wii games console launch is not far away as it will be released on November 19 in the US, while the Japanese market will see it on December 2. As usual, Europeans will have to wait a little bit more, buy they will be able to purchase it on December 8.
