14 DAY TRIAL // While Daisy de la Hoya’s name might not ring a bell with most people, she is somewhat of a major star in the television world, having already starred in “Rock of Love” and getting her own dating series on VH1. According to TMZ, the controversial star was rushed to the hospital in the early hours of morning, possible after an accidental overdose.
The paparazzi agency got to snap de la Hoya hours before the paramedics were summoned to her friend’s house on the Hollywood Hills, and she seemed to be in pretty bad shape, barely able to move her feet or be coherent for the cameras. Reports have it that, after this, de la Hoya went to one of her friend’s house to continue partying – but fellow partygoers got alarmed at her erratic behavior and called an ambulance.
“TMZ has learned VH1 reality star Daisy de la Hoya was rushed to the hospital early this morning after paramedics responded to a 911 call for a ‘possible overdose.’ A source close to the situation says friends called 911 after they heard Daisy making strange noises in her friend’s Hollywood Hills home. When firefighters and medics came to the house, sources tell us Daisy was acting ‘crazy’ – yelling, screaming and thrashing around. It took multiple emergency personnel to get Daisy into the ambulance.” TMZ writes.
“We’re told Daisy is currently receiving treatment at a Los Angeles area hospital.” TMZ further explains, adding that the blonde star’s agent has already canceled all her appearances over the weekend, which might serve as an indication that the hospital trip was more serious than it was disclosed to the media. Although de la Hoya has no known history of abuse, it is believed it was her wild partying ways and entourage that got her to this stage.
