14 DAY TRIAL // VEVO has officially launched its own Windows 8 Metro app, thus providing adopters of Microsoft’s new operating system with quick access to 75,000 HD music videos and live concerts of popular artists from all over the world.
Just like all the other apps, VEVO for Windows 8 comes with a completely optimized for the touch GUI, so you can easily navigate throughout its interface.
“Right from the home screen in the app – you can access music videos by featured artists and the latest music video premieres. Using the Search charm, you can search for your favorite artists or discover new music with the various filtering options. And with Snap, you can watch your favorite music videos while browsing the web or playing your favorite games,” Microsoft explained.
Of course, the Metro VEVO app works not only on the desktop version of Windows 8, but also on Windows RT tablets, such as Microsoft’s own Surface RT.
