Sony has recently launched its latest VAIO FJ notebook, a unit which comes in four color versions - Coal Black, Snow White, Sky Blue and Raspberry Red, and is slim and powerful, informs Hardware Zone.

The latest VAIO FJ is said to offer support even for the most enhanced applications available, as it is powered by an Intel Centrino mobile technology processor, Serial ATA hard drive and DDR2 memory. The notebook has a special 14.1" widescreen display which features Sony's advanced Clear Bright LCD technology built to provide all the details of an image and almost perfect colors.

The user will benefit from a dedicated capability - the multimedia software applications such as SonicStage, which were developed to help the user manage data like music for example, and then burn the movies utilizing VAIO-FJ78GP burner. Moreover, the notebook comes with an AV-Out Connector which enables a simple connection.

But the best part of Sony's latest development is the fact that VAIO FJ can be used also as a portable home theatre system, as it comes with an enhanced display, powerful built-in Bass Reflex Speakers and DVDRW(supporting DVDR DL) (applicable for VAIO-FJ78GP) and CD-RW/DVD-ROM Drive (applicable for VAIO-FJ77GP).

And, as we are in Internet's Era, Sony has built-in its notebook a wireless LAN capabilities which enable the user to surf the Net whenever-whatever. Moreover, if the user wishes, he/she can turn on the Motion Eye integrated web camera and microphone and go virtual.

VAIO FJ notebooks are already available at a recommended retail price for VGN-FJ77GP, with GST, is S$1999; VGN-FJ78GP, with GST, is S$2499.
