Usher’s marriage with Tameka Foster seems to have already hit a low point, despite being husband and wife for less than two years. Reports are coming in saying that the singer is currently seeing a staffer at record label Island Deff Jam and, according to them, there is even photographic evidence of their many dates in recent weeks, as PageSix can confirm.

Usher and the staffer, identified as Grace Miguel, are more than just friends, rumor has it, since they would literally have no business hanging out so often in so little time. The conclusion can only be that they must be dating, especially since the renowned singer was also spotted on one such occasion without his wedding band. Previous reports had it that he and wife Tameka had a fallout when he refused to let her accompany him to Las Vegas, where he’s recording his latest music album.

“Usher has been spotted with a ‘mystery woman’ we’ve identified as Island Def Jam staffer Grace Miguel. Last week, KM Press Group photographed Miguel and Usher – who married Tameka Foster in 2007 – at Malibu Country Market, and the singer wasn’t wearing his wedding band. Then, late Thursday night, he and Miguel were snapped by X17 entering the Sun set Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood.” PageSix writes, summing the reports now circulating in the media.

Tameka and Usher married in August 2007 and have together two children, Naveid Ely Raymond (born in December) and Usher Raymond V, while Tameka has three more kids from a previous relationship. Although reports initially had it that she was only dating and subsequently marrying Usher for publicity and money, the couple repeatedly denied such allegations – even when Usher’s mother made them in a more veiled form.

Back in February, Tameka went into cardiac and respiratory arrest in a hospital in Brazil, where she had reportedly flown without Usher’s knowledge and against advice from her personal doctor to get liposuction and a tummy tuck. It was then that talk first emerged of trouble in paradise, since it was revealed that Tameka had lied to hospital staff as to the date she had given birth in order to have them perform plastic surgery on her. Usher seemingly didn’t know about the surgery either and only found out about it when she almost died.
