It will cool the VRM and memory chips while the water block covers the GPU

Water cooling systems are awesome, but they are made of a lot of parts, and Corsair has just launched on that isn't that well known.

You see, when it comes to graphics cards, there are two kinds of water blocks. The type that chills everything (GPU, VRM, memory) and the type that only cools the GPU.

There's another way to go about things though, if you have the right equipment: mounting a CPU water block on the GPU.

So Corsair released the Hydro Series HG10 bracket, which renders the Hydro line of CPU water blocks compatible with video cards, and also keeps heat low for the VRM and memory chips (since the Hydro series only cool the central processor).

The list of supported graphics cards includes Radeon R9 290 and Radeon R9 290X on AMD's side, and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770, GTX 780, GTX 780 Ti, and GTX Titan.

No mention of the Titan Black, but it might work, since the card is mostly a boosted, normal Black. Still, there might be some PCB differences, so don't just assume it does.

The price of the Corsair Hydro Series HG10 GPU Cooler bracket is $40 / €40. And if you want a complete lowdown of the supported water blocks, the Corsair Hydro Series includes the H110, H105, H100i, H100, H80i, H80, H75, H60, H55.
