The self-proclaimed psychic wants to hypnotize the CEO of Fortnum & Mason

Self-proclaimed psychic Uri Geller and PETA have recently teamed up to help abused ducks and geese. Their mission is to convince Fortnum & Mason to quit selling foie gras by hypnotizing the store's CEO.

Needless to say, Uri Geller will be the one doing the hypnotizing.

The illusionist believes that Ewan Venters only refuses to give in to PETA's pleas because he is suffering from some sort of psychological block.

Once this blockage is removed through hypnosis, Ewan Venters will realize ducks and geese deserve better than being force fed through a tube until their livers become diseased.

“My friends at PETA tell me that despite condemnation from every major animal welfare group, and video evidence showing the sort of gross abuse which takes place. Fortnum continues to offer a product which is so cruel it is illegal to produce in the UK,” Uri Geller reportedly writes in a letter addressed to Ewan Venters.

Furthermore, “There seems to be only one possible explanation: there could be some psychological block stopping you from doing the right thing. Luckily, I may have just the remedy.”

I don't know about you, but I highly doubt hypnonis will work. I suggest Uri Geller helps Ewan Venters have a long talk with the spirits of birds killed to make foie gras.

This should make Fortnum & Mason's CEO gain some perspective.
