Earlier today, you were able to feast your eyes on previews of the packages for Windows Vista and Microsoft 2007 Office System. At that time, the previews were limited to Windows Vista Home Basic, Microsoft Office Professional 2007 and Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007.

In the meantime, the packages for Windows Vista Ultimate, Windows Vista Business and Windows Vista Home Premium have also become available. I have taken the liberty of including all the packages into a single image to enable comparison.

The release of these pictures is nothing more than a suggestion of the finalization of the operating system. The first examples of Windows Vista packaging have begun emerging at the start of October and they were incredibly accurate. Currently, Microsoft is planning to release Vista to manufacturing on November 8. Additionally, Windows Vista, Office 2007 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 will be released officially at the 2007 Microsoft Launch Event Alberta, Canada, on Nov. 23.

Microsoft has added another date to its calendar of releases. Vista/Office 2007/Exchange 2007/Sharepoint 2007 will all be part of another launch event at the New York's Marriott Marquis on November 30.
