In about a month, Intel will release a whole new collection of Ivy Bridge central processing units, even though it is getting ready to unveil the Haswell line as well.

All those processors, to the best of our knowledge, have been included in the CPU support list for ASUS' P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0 motherboard.

The chips we are concerned with are the Pentium G2030, G2030T, G2120T and G2140, plus the Core i3-3245, i3-3250 and i3-3250T.

They all have 3 MB cache memory, two physical cores (with or without Hyper Threading), TDPs of 35W or 55W, and clocks of 3 to 3.5 GHz.

In addition to the units listed above, there will be the G470, the only Sandy Bridge that has yet to debut.

It is a single-core model with 2 threads, 2 GHz clock, and 1.5 MB cache.

All CPUs have integrated graphics (HD / HD 2500 / HD 4000) and memory controllers (DDR3-1333 / DDR3-1600).
