Developers Yager and Epic Games have announced that they have entered into an agreement which will see the upcoming Unreal Engine 4 technology used in a new unannounced video game.

Timo Ullmann, managing director at Yager, is quoted by VG247 as saying that, “Unreal Engine 4 is, hands down, the best toolset for creating next-generation, AAA games. Unreal Engine 3 enabled our great team to tap its full potential for the development for our award-winning game Spec Ops: The Line and beyond.”

The developer says that Unreal Engine 4 gives the Yager team more options when it comes to their projects and more control over the game building process.

The studio apparently has plans to officially reveal its next video game, which is likely not a sequel for Spec Ops: The Line, in the coming months.
