Motorola’s DROID RAZR HD is one of the latest smartphones to get a taste of Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, via an unofficial CyanogenMod 10.1 build.

The new release is said to be compatible with both the consumer and the developer’s versions of the mobile phone, as long as SafeStrap3 is present on the former and CWM or TWRP recovery on the latter.

While most apps and features appear to be working just fine in this release, there are some that are known to be missing, such as audio in-call, NFC, camera, and Wi-Fi Hotspot.

The build is work in progress at the moment, and fixes and enhancements will soon be packed inside it. However, users interested in trying Android 4.2 Jelly Bean on their devices can find more info on how to download and install it on this thread on XDA-Developers.
