Roughly a month ago, mobile phone maker Motorola made official a new flavor of its Moto G handset, one that arrives on the market with support for 4G LTE networks, something that the original device did not.

The handset was already announced for a great deal of markets out there, though not all users interested in its purchase know when they might be able to grab it.

However, it seems that those living in the UK will be able to order the phone unlocked as soon as the next week, via online retailer CLove.

The company has just announced that it would have the Moto G 4G in stock in the week starting June 23, with a price tag of £159.99 ($272/€201) attached to it.

The handset will be sold unlocked and SIM free, with all the features of the original Moto G packed inside, but also with two new capabilities included.

One of them is the aforementioned support for 4G LTE networks, while the other is an included microSD memory card slot. Through it, users will be able to add memory cards of up to 32GB to the device.

Moto G 4G comes to the market with 4.5-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and a 329 ppi pixel density, while being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The handset is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 processor with Adreno 305 GPU, which also sports 1GB of RAM.

Moreover, it was made official with 8GB of internal memory, and it seems that this is actually the only model that users can purchase.

Moto G 4G also comes to the market with a 5-megapixel camera on the back, with HDR, auto focus and LED flash, capable of recording videos in 720p resolution, complemented by a 1.3MP front camera for making video calls while on the go.

The specifications list of this mobile phone also includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 LE connectivity, built-in GPS receiver, and a 2070mAh Li-ion battery. The handset measures 129.9 x 65.9 x 11.6 mm and weighs 144 grams.

The new Moto G 4G runs under the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system right from the start. The handset sports very few UI customizations, and can deliver a near-stock experience.

Users in the UK interested in purchasing the new smartphone should head over to this page on Clove UK to register for updates on when it will become available.
