A couple of days ago, the developers behind the Unity Tweak Tool software released the second development version of the one stop configuration utility for the Ubuntu operating system.
Unity Tweak Tool 0.0.2 comes with a few interesting features, such as Unity Launcher integration, which exposes its categories in the quicklist, preauthorized domains (Ubuntu One and Amazon) were added to the WebApps section, and HUD integration.
We kindly remind everyone, that in order to install the Unity Tweak Tool application in your Ubuntu operating system, you’ll need to open a terminal window by hitting the CTRL+ALT+T key combination, and paste the following commands (one by one, hitting Enter after each one):
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:freyja-dev/unity-tweak-tool-daily
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y install unity-tweak-tool
You can start the application directly from the Unity Dash. Be aware, though, that Unity Tweak Tool is available only for the Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) and Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) operating systems.
