14 DAY TRIAL // Since her page-three days, Katie Price has come a long way. She has now ditched her previous image and has launched several business endeavors, which include, among others, children’s books and kids’ clothing lines. The last thing one would expect to see of Katie now is her slumping over a table in an all-night bar after drinking with friends until she forgets about herself, as Heat magazine informs.
Yet, this is precisely what happened a few days ago, when Katie flew to the UK for a quick visit of her hometown Brighton. As pictures of the event have just surfaced in the media, so has the detailed account of what the former model now turned designer and writer did while husband Peter Andre was home in Los Angeles minding the couple’s three children. And it wasn’t pretty, from what eyewitnesses are saying.
“She looked totally out of it. She could barely stand up when she was in the cafe. By the very end she had stopped drinking asked the waiter to bring her a hot chocolate.” an onlooker says for the aforementioned magazine. “She left some money for a tip but it was literally about 10 pence, despite being a millionaire. She would have had a huge hangover on Mother’s Day and I imagine spent a lot of time recovering in bed.” the same source adds.
Pictures of the model resting her head on her arms on the table, as people around her are seemingly trying to talk some sense into her, have also surfaced along with the story. In all fairness, they depict a drunken night only Katie could orchestrate, as she is known for her habit of losing her count with her drinks, several UK tabloids are saying. Two days after this incident reportedly took place, she was back in the US with Peter and the kids.
Speaking of the US, Peter and Katie have recently relocated to Los Angeles in a bid to shoot another reality show that will hopefully bring them fame in America too. Andre, at the same time, is reportedly working on a music album as well, but it is not yet known whether he plans to release it here or back home in the UK.
