The recent leaked listing of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for the PS4 is real, as Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann confirms on Twitter that the PS Store entry went up earlier than expected and that an official reveal is coming in a few hours.

The Uncharted series has been around for quite some time, with millions of PS3 owners and quite a few PS Vita users enjoying different games starring protagonist Nathan Drake, coming mostly from developer Naughty Dog and one from Sony Bend, in the form of Golden Abyss for the portable console.

For quite some time, PS4 owners have begged Sony and Naughty Dog to remaster the older PS3 titles for the new home console, but at least up until recently, it seemed that their plead had no effect on the two companies.

However, earlier today, select PlayStation Store users were able to admire a brand new entry on the official store, at least on their mobile devices, which promoted Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, a seemingly remastered set of games that brought Drake's Fortune, Among Thieves, and Drake's Deception to the PS4.

Since the leak went live neither Sony nor Naughty Dog has commented, but the studio's Creative Director, Neil Druckmann, mentions on Twitter that the PS Store listing "hit a few hours too early." The developer also adds that fans should check back in the early morning, in Pacific Standard Time, which should roll around in a few hours.

As such, it's clear that Sony and Naughty Dog will officially confirm the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection later today, June 4, and immediately start accepting digital pre-purchases for it via the PS Store.

Druckmann hasn't offered any other details, so fans should look forward to hearing all the official information in just a few hours. Until then, check out the slightly larger promotional image above, via Reddit.
