The development team at Naughty Dog introduces a new patch for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, which adds a new Classic Mode, introduces a better matchmaking system and changes the way the tournament system works.

The game creators say that the Legacy level of the player is used during matchmaking and when the teams are balanced.

There are also changes to the scoring system, all of them detailed on the official blog.

The new Classic Mode allows boosters, eliminates kickbacks, places many weapons on the map and makes all gamers start the match with a AK-47 and a sidearm.

Uncharted 3 was launched about one year ago and a new multiplayer-focused patch means that a number of fans are still enjoying the modes Naughty Dog created.

At the moment, the company is working on a new game franchise and Sony has confirmed that it also has long-term plans for the Uncharted franchise.
