Anastasiya Shpagina is the latest Barbie to impress us with her extreme make-up skills.
Nastya is 19 years old, 1.58 meters tall and weighs just 39 kg (85 lbs). She has lost a lot of weight in order to better resemble an Anime character. The anime craze has hit Ukraine long ago, with fellow Odessa-born Valeria Lukyanova being featured by many media outlets.
Anastasiya is approached by Japanese fans all the time, but she doesn't speak or understand the language. Her dream is to be able to have surgery to reduce her waist and modify the shape of her eyes.
She has taken on a name for her character as well – Fukkacumi. This young girl from Odessa works as a hairdresser and wakes up every morning at 5 o'clock. Putting on her make-up takes about 2 hours.
It's a small price to pay for doll-like looks. The
press is calling her the new Barbie, and she replies on her
Vkontakte profile page that: “I am not like a doll, a doll is like me… ”
