Flash mobs are not only very trendy these days, but they’re also extremely cool. Perhaps the 200 teens gathered at the Louisiana Mall in Baton Rouge thought the same – but they never got the chance to make it happen.

ABC News reports that the large group gathered at the mall for the flash mob, which police believe was advertised on social media, became belligerent shortly afterwards.

A massive brawl broke and the moment someone yelled someone had a gun, panic spread like wildfire.

“Saw people running and screaming I turned around a girl told me someone has a gun I started running with them,” shopper Missy Melancon writes on Facebook, as cited by ABC.

“Never been that scared in my life. People were running everywhere. It was like a movie, but you were in it,” Juston D'Nea Millet says on the same social networking website.

Police arrived on the scene. Luckily, despite the huge scare, no one was injured or arrested. No guns were found either.
