Ubuntu Unleashed 2012: Covering 11.10 and 12.04 is a book written for advanced Ubuntu users that strive to learn more about the operating system made by Canonical.

Readers of “Ubuntu Unleashed 2012: Covering 11.10 and 12.04” can expect to learn how to quickly install Ubuntu, how to configure the Unity Interface, how to manage Linux services, how to provide secure remote access, manage kernels modules, and use Ubuntu environments.

The book is written by Matthew Helmke, an author served from 2006 to 2011 on the Ubuntu Forum Council, providing leadership and oversight of the Ubuntu Forums, and spent two years on the Ubuntu regional membership approval board for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

He has written about Ubuntu for several magazines and websites, and is a lead author of The Official Ubuntu Book.
