Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.2 Brings Support for Ubuntu 12.10

Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.2 has been announced a few minutes ago, November 4, with lots of nice features, as well as bugfixes, for Canonical's new Ubuntu release, the Quantal.
