A number of important members from Intel and Canonical are expected to speak at the event

Canonical has announced that it will host its first event Ubuntu Cloud Day, in Bangalore, India, with the purpose of getting professionals in using Ubuntu Cloud.

A few members from Canonical's development team will be present in Bangalore, India, with the occasion of Ubuntu Cloud Day. The keynote speakers will focus on explaining why Ubuntu Cloud is great to use as a developer tool.

The event is sponsored by Intel and the main topics of discussion will include JuJu, Ubuntu Cloud, Ubuntu infrastructure, and some presentations from Intel and other partners.

Anyone wishing to participate must know that the location for Ubuntu Cloud Day is the Grand Ballroom at the Chancery Pavilion Hotel, 135 Residency Road, Bangalore.

Just a few days ago, Canonical announced that the official Ubuntu Cloud Guest Images are now listed on the Amazon EC2 quick start, which means that users can now launch Ubuntu Cloud Guest Images right from the Amazon EC2 management console.
