After announcing the opening of sponsorship for the upcoming Ubuntu Developer Summit 2012 event, Canonical announced yesterday, August 19th, that the registration is now open for everyone.

The second Ubuntu Developer Summit for 2012 will cover the Ubuntu 13.04 operating system and it will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, Europe, at the Bella Centre, from 29th October - 1st November, 2012.

"Registration for the Ubuntu Developer Summit for the R cycle is now open. The Ubuntu Developer Summit is the event at which we plan for the forthcoming version of Ubuntu."

"It brings together Canonical engineers, community members, partners, upstream representatives and cloud specialists, in an environment of active debate." - said Canonical in the blog announcement.
