14 DAY TRIAL // Canonical has launched on September 27th the second and final beta for the upcoming Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) operating system.
Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 2 (Quantal Quetzal) integrates a number of bold updates done by Canonical. We're gotten used to receive stable versions and older kernels, but this time there are some major differences.
The most important change is the addition of 3.5.0-15.23 Ubuntu Linux kernel that is based version 3.5.4 upstream Linux kernel.
Other changes include a new Unity version, 6.6, which brings new default applications in the launcher (the infamous Amazon), a new shopping lens, improvements to dash, and a few others.
