Canonical, through Victor Tuson Palau, announced a few days ago that they've published an AMI image in Amazon Web Services, providing an ARMhf (hard-float) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) operating system running on an emulated hardware system.

"Have you been wondering if your Web application will work with the new generation of Hyperdense ARM Servers? Now you can easily find out by using Ubuntu and Amazon Web Services."

"Now, Canonical makes available in Amazon Web Services an AMI image for developers wishing to experiment with Ubuntu ARM Server. Dann Frazier is the engineer behind this initiative." - was stated in the blog announcement.

If you're a developer and you would like to know more details about who to use the new Ubuntu 12.04 ARM Server AMI from Canonical please take a look at the official announcement.
