14 DAY TRIAL // The development team working on The Division seems focused on highlighting the multiplayer-focused part of the experience without talking about its massive element.
Petter Mannerfelt tells VG247 that, “You can, of course, play by yourself and play all the story stuff by yourself and as I said, seamlessly with your friends and seamlessly into PvP if you feel like playing PvP. In the PvP areas you will meet many, many other players.”
It seems that the Ubisoft team wants players to create smaller, tight-knitted groups of players who are interested in working together in order to enhance each other’s game experience.
The team will offer a lot of grouping options to make the process easier.
The Division will be out in 2014 on the PC and next- and current-gen consoles.
