Apparently, nitro will be present in the game

Here's something practically no one had any idea about: Ubisoft has announced at this year's E3 that they'll be launching Nitrobike, as and exclusive Wii title sometime during this year's holiday season. The official report which I just happened to stumble upon says that players will navigate rocket-propelled motorcycles in an arcade-style game. Neat!

Yes, as the press release informs, today at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Ubisoft, one of the world's largest video game publishers, announced it will release Nitrobike exclusively for the Wii home video game system from Nintendo. Developed by Left Field Productions, the creators of the classic Excitebike 64 for the Nintendo 64, Nitrobike will be published and distributed by Ubisoft for Holiday 2007. Players will navigate rocket-propelled motorcycles in this arcade-style game. Players can choose to race against the clock or against worthy opponents in Nitrobike's exciting multiplayer game mode and unique online mode.

"Ubisoft is thrilled to be introducing the first Motocross game available for Wii," said Jay Cohen, vice president of publishing at Ubisoft. "Nitrobike's fun and fast-paced gameplay is sure to be a hit for Wii owners for the holiday season."

OK, they say the same things about every game, but this time, I'll prove to you that the game is indeed a must-have for your collection. Check with the upper left side of the article. That's right, there's something longing for clicking! (that... didn't sound right). Explosions, falling off cliffs, stunts, it's all there, and to think you'll be performing all of the required tasks using the Wii Remote, this time around, and not a classic controller. I have to say, it sounds awesome, even though I'm not exactly Wii's biggest fan.

Oh, check out that third gameplay shot. Apparently, the bikes are going to have a boost feature or something. Does NOS work with bikes too...? Oh, yeah... the game is called Nitrobike. OK!
